Power on. No Charger. Battery does not charge when plugged in. Keyboard/trackpad attachment does not appear to work and may need a firmware update to use correctly. Touch screen appears to need firmware updates to function accurately. Unable to update firmware as the update fails due to the battery not holding a charger, plugging the device in to charge has no effect.
