Powers on. Displays a good picture when plugged into a monitor. We have not attempted to add a PlayStation account to this device nor test out the gaming functions. Thus we are unable to confirm if all functions work correctly. There are some minor marks on the exterior of this item, but it does appear to be in overall good condition. The controller is damaged with plastic of the right trigger missing large parts of the plastic. The controller does appear to still function correctly although it has not been fully tested. Does not come in original box, monitor not included.
