During World War I, Mann Egerton were given a loan to increase their production of aircraft to contribute to the war effort. Taking the opportunity, the company built an aircraft hangar on Cromer road in Norwich, and this is why the Limited Edition Mann Egerton Hand Assembled Cromer Counterspy in Steel Blue men’s watch is named.
